System Engineer系统工程师

职位描述

ain tasks:

? Lead the products development, change, transfer and quote

- Decompose customer requirement and allocate to system requirement.

- Create accurate system requirement and system interface requirement.

- Decompose system requirement and allocate to SW/HW/MEC requirement.

- Create software requirement and software interface requirements.

- Create system architecture and interfaces.

- Create and review the technical document (spec, system FMEA, function analysis, etc.)

- Provide technical support and trainings to the OEM

- Support RFQ activity and prepare related technical proposal

? Take part in the failure analysis and customer trouble analysis:

- Take part in the root cause analysis

- Establish & conduct the action plan

- Perform the actions listed in the action plan

Competences:

Level (diploma) required:

- Bachelor or Master degree (electronic).

Experience:

- 3+ years experience in electronic product and automotive industry

- Familiar with vehicle communication bus, e.g. CAN, LIN, FlexRay etc.

- Embedded Software or Hardware design leader is preferred.

- Good understanding of system requirement and system architecture.

- Global team working experience is preferred.

Technical skills required:

- Basic Embedded Software and Hardware knowledge is necessary.

- Requirement Engineering Tool (DOORS)

- Quality tools (FMEA, solving problem tools…)

- Oversea workshop & training.

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

- Rigorous, autonomous and to manage the priorities

- Team player skills

Languages:

- Fluent Chinese

- Fluent English.
