Job Description

1.？？？？ Conduct product test acc.to customer requirement and test specification(focus on DV,PV and platform project)

--按照内部客户要求和测试标准，完成产品的测试任务（主要是DV/PV和平台项目的测试）

2.？？？？ Record test process and results, compile test reports and involve failure analysis.

--记录测试过程和结果，编写测试报告，参加失效分析。（着重测试设备和人员方面的分析）

3.？？？？ Implement equipment maintenance regularly. Support equipment repairing.

--定期维护测试设备。支持设备维修工作。

4.？？？？ Support and involve equipment upgrade， new equipment purchasing (technical support).

--支持和参与测试设备的升级改造和新设备采购工作（技术支持）

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or Master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)

2. More than 3 years experiences on automotive industry or relevant

--Knowledge of DC, EC motor or system

--Knowledge of measurement equipment

--Familiar with automotive parts test specification

--knowledge of ISO17025

4. English skill in read and written
