职位描述

-Familiarize with production area, guarantee the production program. Monitoring quality, quantity, investigate the discrepancies and support engineer to solve problems.

熟悉生产领域，确保生产。监控质量、产量。发现生产过程中偏差并协助解决

-Support process works. Support analyzing and solving workshop quality problems. Ensure running and optimization of related process

协助工艺工程师工作。协助分析及解决生产现场质量问题。确保工艺运行及优化。

-Coordinate localization and BPS planning and implementation

协调国产化工作及BPS计划和执行。

-Support maintenance and repair work. Locate errors, investigate root causes. Support to make the preventive maintenance plan and take preventive measures.

支持维修和维护工作。找出错误，查明根本原因。支持预防性维护计划的制定及预防性维护实施。

-Operate multiple position and WAS

掌握多工位操作和WAS

-Support the replacement of consumable staff.

支持易耗品更换。

-Support production type change and simple adjustment
