机械工程师

职位描述

1. Develops product designs in support of program objectives.

2. Documents all responsibilities and /or activities in order to maintain accurate records of project accountabilities.

3. Leads design activities for strategically complex projects.

4. Monitors and controls objectives, costs, and timetables.

5. Plans, organizes, and directs technical work.

6. Program/Project Management.

7. Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程相关专业；

2. 5年以上汽车行业工作经验；

3. 必须会使用Catia设计软件，工作中必须实际运用过GD&T和DFMEA；

4. 能理解并实际应用过问题解决的工具4M’s, Y Tree, Is/Is Not, 5 Whys；

5. 有电子换挡器工作经验者优先考虑；

6. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
