Job Responsibilities

This role is to provide knowledge input and conduct professional Purchasing activities to support BI Biopharma and Animal Health projects and Facility Management, which is under the Sourcing category of General Goods & Services.

Conduct purchasing activities with overall technical recognition and commercial consideration including beat competitive price at guaranteed quality, timely delivery with desired performance etc… in line with company Global & Local guideline.

Facing the opportunities & challenges in the dynamic market, quick learning on the basis of existing knowledge to manage the Purchasing approach during the project implementation.

Be well planner and initiate proper local process if necessary during coordinating internal stakeholders (including Business Partner and Corporate Purchasing) and supplier - deliver efficiency and effective service and add value.

Ensure the documents generated in purchasing process and in related organizational tools are well kept and traceable

Qualifications

Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor or above

Major: Business or Engineering relevant

Language skills & proficiency: Fluent Mandarin and English

Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): Good CONMMUNICATION, negotiation and contracting capabilities skills

Influencing and presenting Skills

English proficiency

Work independently and proactively

Basic knowledge of GMP and GLP 

Office software skills   

5+ years working experience in Purchasing functions, with Engineering & Construction fields and Capex projects preferred

Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred

Based in Shanghai and necessary travel (Business trips)
