DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
1. Developing and maintaining company’s financial policies and procedures, creating and completing systematic & controllable financial accounting system and financial monitoring system, to make effective internal control and financial risk control; 
建立健全财务系统各项制度，建立科学、系统、可控的财务核算体系和财务监控体系，进行有效内部监控，控制财务风险;
2. Responsible for company daily financial management, including cost management, budget management, accouting, auditing, inventory control etc.;
负责公司财务管理，包括成本管理、预算管理、会计核算、会计监督、审计、存货控制等方面的工作; 
3. Comply with taxation requirements and other government regulations & requirements on finance matters;
组织执行国家有关财经及税务的法律法规和方针政策，监督公司遵守国家财经法律，保障公司合法经营
4. Based on financial & accouting standards, develop and generate company busiess plan, to assist GM for developing company strategy;
利用财务核算与会计管理准则为公司经营提供决策依据，协助总经理制定公司战略; 
5. Participate in decision making and planning of company investment activities and important business activities, participate in investigation and review for major contract and agreement; Participate in important economic problem analysis and decision making; 
参与公司投资行为、重要经营活动等方面的决策和方案制定工作，参与重大经济合同或协议的研究、审查，参与重要经济问题的分析和决策;
6. Responsible for developing the company profit plan, capital investment, financial planning, sales prospects, budget or cost standards; 
负责制定公司利润计划、资本投资、财务规划、销售前景、开支预算或成本标准;
7. Help to raise the funds required to company operation, to meet company's strategic development needs, and take responsible for approval of the company major capital flows;
协助筹集公司运营所需要的资金，保证公司战略发展的资金需求，审批公司重大资金流向;
8. Setup and custodian of ERP system on finance/purchasing/inventory modules to ensure data flow fluently in daily operation; 
ERP系统财务/采购/库存等模块的建立及管理, 以确保在日常运营中数据运行流畅;
9. Responsible for preparation and review of the company's financial statements; Sign the financial budget, financial revenues and expenditures, financial statements, cost, and other important financial documents;
负责准备和审核公司的财务报表；签署财务预算、财务收支、财务报表、成本费用等重要财务文件;
10. Perform other reasonable duites as required or assigned;
其他临时性事件处理及上级交办的工作。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS任职资格
1. 财会、金融、经济、管理等相关专业大专以上学历，有注册会计师资格者优先；
2. 10年以上财务管理工作经验，5年以上机械类生产制造型企业、会计审计事务所等财务经理岗位经验
3. 熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力；
6、良好的英语听说读写能力，英语能作为工作语言。
