试验工程师

职位描述

工作职责：

1.Be responsible for the implementation of the laboratory experiment, data sorting, report issuing.负责实验室实验的实施、数据整理、出具报告。

2.Be responsible for the development of laboratory measurement equipment: including hardware selection, (servo motor, reducer, electric cylinder, PLC, sensor, amplifier, interface card, etc.), software programming (PLC, Labview, etc.).负责实验室的测量设备的开发：包括硬件选型（伺服电机、减速机、电缸、传感器、放大器、板卡、PLC等）、软件编程（PLC, Labview等）。

3.Be able to independently develop new equipment with the equipment manufacturer according to the test standard, plan the test plan, obtain the customer's approval until the equipment acceptance.能独立与设备厂家针对实验标准进行新设备开发并策划实验方案、获取客户认可、直至设备验收。

4.Have strong hands-on ability, can implement the mechanical and electrical connection of the equipment by hand; And can carry out the experiment independently according to the standard.有较强的动手能力，能自己动手实施设备的机械、电路方面的连接；并能按标准独立实施实验。

5.Have a preliminary understanding of electrical equipment, can make maintenance by hand, such as: sensor wiring, electric control cabinet strong electricity, weak electricity maintenance, etc.对电器设备有初步的了解，能动手做维护保养，例如：传感器接线、电控柜里强电、弱电检修等。

6.Measurement of tooling development, can use 3D software design to test fixtures.测量工装开发，会用3D软件设计测试工装。

7.Experimental implementation.实验实施。

8.Laboratory equipment development.实验设备开发。

9.Experimental tooling development.实验工装开发。

10.Test equipment software programming.测试设备软件编程。

11.Plot experimental scheme.策划实验方案。

12.Experimental equipment design.实验工装设计。
