1.根据项目样机需求,提交采购申请。
Release purchasing requirement according to requirement of programm .
2.与采购、供应商,物流,DRE确认物料状态,不满足交付时间及时报警。
Communicate with buyer,supplier,PC&L,DRE to know parts status and warning to build readiness team if delay.
3.参加物料准备会议,汇报物料状态。确保物料购买、存储、使用合理。
Attend BRT,report parts status.Make sure parts purchasing,stocking,using resonable.
4.组织物料接收,在样机建造前组织物料拉动,造机完成及时清理库存。
Arrange parts receiving,pulling before building and deal with remainder in time after building.
5.试制现场处理物料相关事宜。
Deal with build material issue in plant which need business trip.
6.样机交付工作落实。
Perform prototype delivery.
