职位描述

工作概要 Job Summary  

为确保仓库内外部物流顺畅，根据公司程序文件要求，优化公司仓储管理系统及团队管理.

Be responsible for optimizing and implementation of warehouse system and warehouse team base on company procedure.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1.     负责仓库收货、发料和仓储团队的安全工作的日常实施

Be responsible for team’s daily safety related work

2.     确保仓库收货、发料和仓储团队的日常运作符合公司产品质量的规定和要求

Be responsible for team’s daily operation be complied with quality request

3.     负责仓库收货、发料和仓储团队的人员日常管理，包括培训、绩效考核、团队建设等

Be responsible for team’s daily management, including training/PA/team building etc.

4.     确保仓库（包括异地仓库）的库存和系统账目的一致性

Ensure warehouse (including remote warehouse) inventory accuracy

5.     根据流程制订和优化操作指导书并确保仓库日常操作按照操作指导书进行执行

Make and optimize ODS according to process and ensure the daily operation be complied with ODS

6.     在仓库领导的带领下，带领团队实施盘点相关工作

Under the leadership of warehouse leader, lead the warehouse team to implement the counting work

7.     确保对仓库相关文件的进行有效、完整和正确的发放、留存

Ensure the Issuing and keeping the related document effectively, integrated and accurately

对成本的责任 Responsible for Costs:

加班成本,运输成本,库存控制,库存准确率

Package cost，Freight cost. Inventory cost, Inventory accuracy

分析要求 Analytical Requirements:

较强的问题解决能力

Strong ability of issue solving

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:（ 有质量、安全、环境方面的资格要求需在此列清楚。）(Any qualification requirement for quality, safety and environment, must be listed here clearly.)

教育:大专学历

Education：College degree

经历：累计2年或在YFK 1年以上相关工作经验，有汽车行业背景。

Experience：Total 2 years or above 1 years in YFK of relevant experience, automobile industry background.

技能Skill:

熟悉物流,库存,仓储管理。

Be familiar with Logistic, inventory management, warehouse management.

供应链知识 和工厂管理.

knowledge of supply chain and operation system.

沟通、团队、冲突协调能力强,团队领导力.

Good ability of communication, team building and conflict coordination, good team player.

熟悉QAD, 办公自动化软件

Familiar with QAD, MS office software
